Crossroads Update!
Summer is here already and we have some great opportunities for you to tune up and tone your body and spirit.
Consider the following:

From Linda…if you have HAD A COLONIC IN THE PAST, come in for a “seasonal cleanse” for regular price ($75) and get a footbath for $10 at another time to give your tired feet a treat. If you are a NEW client, you get a FREE footbath with a series of colonics (3/$200). Purchase before end of August that can be used at a later date.

From Adrienne…PraiseMoves - The Christian Alternative to Yoga is here!!!! After several months of intense study, I flew to Tahlequah, Oklahoma last month to be certified as a PraiseMoves Instructor (CPI) and currently, I'm the only CPI in the Stark County area.

PraiseMoves combines deep stretching, gentle movement and strong scripture to lose weight, relieve stress, gain flexibility and strength. Get in Shape - the kinder, gentler way - and Praise the Lord!!! Upbeat lively praise and worship music is played the first 14 minutes of "Walking Wisdom Warmups" and soothing classical music or instrumental worship music is played during the remainder of the session. Each stretch posture is held for three to five complete breaths while the PraiseMoves leader recites the corresponding scripture. Unlike the "new age" techniques, there will be NO "traveling out of our bodies," visualizing colors and lights and chanting or breathing in spiritual nonsense!

Classes will be held at Crossroads on Mondays
(beginning July 12th from 6:45 - 8:00 p.m.)
Classes will also be held at Deliverance Christian Church on
Mondays/Wednesday (7 -8:15 am); Tuesdays (7 -8:15 am & 7 - 8:15 pm);
Saturdays - 9:15 - 10:30 am.
Cost: $25 for 5 classes (6th class is free)
$8.00 for drop-ins
We will have a lauch party for the first class at Crossroads on July 12th (FREE!!!) at 6:45 p.m. Please call Crossroads to register or stop in!
